EEWärmeG
By 01-01-2009 the EEWärmeG (The Act on the Promotion of Renewable Energies in the Heat Sector) came into force, whereby all new buildings must be operated with regenerative energies to at least 50 %. The usage of waste heat from cooling processes is acceptable as regenerative energy.

EnEV
EnEV 2009 (Energy Saving Regulation) came into force on 01-10-2009. This has undercut the previous EnEV 2007 to approx. 30% flat. The systems engineering takes up a large part of the valuation basis.
In 2012, the provision will be made stricter.

Kyoto
Due to the Kyoto Protocol strong restrictions are to be expected in the area of CFCs. The application of natural refrigerants is necessary.

Fossil fuels
Large suppliers for gas and oil influence the availability of fossil fuels on the global market.  The result is dependence and the related increase in costs.

BMU
The Federal Government will reduce the electrical consumption to 11 % until 2020.
(BMU = Federal Environment Ministry)

The technology must face more and more challenges to meet the different requirements.
Due to the solutions of FUTRON you can fulfil the requirements of the technology for different programs of sustainability and simultaneously minimise the costs.
The dependence on fuels of the global market is avoided and a planning reliability is achieved.
